She works from your plan
MAIA answers from your report and your logged record — not from general advice, and not from how you happen to feel that day.
Warm, honest, and willing to state a position
She says what she thinks and gives her reason for it, without withdrawing yours. Plain and level, whatever tone you arrive in.
Factual about what held
Where a practice has not held, she says so and shows the run of entries. Nothing is reframed into progress it was not.
She states her limits
Distress, or anything outside your development plan, is routed to a human practitioner rather than interpreted.
Coaching is arranged directly, not through the platform.
The platform carries your report, your practice and MAIA. Coaching sits alongside it and is contracted separately with Dr. Elena Simona Tomozii.
Start with a conversation. A complimentary 30-minute call to work out what you actually need — and whether coaching is the right thing at all. Some leaders find the report and the practice layer are enough; that is a reasonable outcome and worth establishing before anyone pays for anything.
Sessions run 60 minutes and are priced from USD 298. Arrangements are made directly, and payment is handled outside the platform.
