Refund Policy

This policy applies to the paid MASTER 120™ digital report tiers (Advanced and Premium). All products sold on this site are digital PDF reports generated automatically from your own assessment responses and delivered electronically. No physical goods and no in-person or live services are sold.

Before your report is generated

If your report has not yet been generated, you may request a full refund of your payment.

After your report is generated

Because each report is generated individually from your responses, refunds are not available once a report has been produced and delivered, except where required by law or where a technical error prevented you from receiving a usable report.

How to request a refund

To request a refund, contact us through the Contact page with your report ID and the reason for your request.
