Your inventory responses, any demographic profile fields you choose to complete, and the contact details (name, email) used to generate and deliver your report.

How we use it

Your data is used to score your responses, generate your report, and — if you opt in — to support aggregate, de-identified research into the MASTER Leadership Assessment Framework™. Details on research use are set out on the Research & Consent page.

Sharing

Your report is private to you. We do not share your report or responses with any third party unless you give explicit consent, and you may withdraw that consent at any time.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time by reaching out through the Contact page.
