Responsible Use

MASTER 120™ is a developmental self-report inventory. It does not diagnose or predict leadership success, and it should be used thoughtfully alongside other sources of feedback and judgement.

Use your report to

• identify tendencies that feel recognisable
• explore results that create curiosity
• test interpretations against real situations
• seek feedback from people who experience your leadership
• translate insight into observable practice

Do not use it to

• use MASTER 120™ as the sole basis for a hiring, promotion or exit decision
• reduce yourself or others to one fixed leadership type
• compare your worth or standing against other leaders
• treat a less-expressed dimension as a permanent deficit
• replace clinical, legal or professional judgement
